What the heck is Bonanzle?
Oh, what you've been missing! Bonanzle
is an online sales venue where unusual items are queen and negotiation is king!
The Bonanzle website is fun and easy to use. It is free for buyers, and
the fees for selling are quite inexpensive. Check it out

Q:
I noticed that your item description says that shipping is available only to the
United States, APOs, FPOs, Canada and the United Kingdom. I live elsewhere
and want to buy. What gives?
A: Our shipping policy is as such so that
we may avoid disappointing
international customers who might otherwise purchase and THEN discover that
shipping to their country is prohibitively expensive, or that the item simply
cannot be shipped to them at
all because of customs or postal regulations. If you live in the US, Canada, the
UK, or receive mail at an APO/FPO, just e-mail us and request a shipping
estimate. Please be sure to include a City or Region with your request so that
we can provide you with an accurate quote. We're proud of our history of successful transactions with our overseas
friends, and will do what we can to accommodate you.
Q:
Your shipping and handling charges seems high/low.
A: We generally charge the actual
cost of shipping, along with a very small handling charge to cover the cost of
packing materials. We use quality materials which are affordable when purchased
in bulk, and we package our items to survive the usual rigors of the Postal
Service. Unlike some sellers, shipping charges do not represent a "profit
center" for us. Over 99% of our items arrive without a scratch, an impressive
figure given the fragile merchandise we typically deal with.
Q:
When will my item be shipped?
A: We ship daily Monday-Friday.
Usually, your item will ship on the business day following our receipt of your
payment. If you are paying with an e-check, we usually ship the day
after we are notified that the payment has cleared. In special
circumstances-- generally those involving either very bulky, very fragile, or
very high-value items-- an extra day may be necessary to allow for assistance by
a professional packaging specialist. We will notify you if there will be any
unusual delays.
Q:
My package arrived, but the Post Office wouldn't leave it at my house without a
signature. Why?
A: It is our policy to purchase
Signature Confirmation at our own cost for all items sold for $50 or more. And
sometimes, at the discretion of your local post office, the item may not be left
without a signature--we see this frequently happen for insured items. These
measures help ensure that your unattended items won't be lost or stolen.
Q:
When will you post feedback for our transaction?
A: We usually post feedback once per week, and
will do so once we know your items were received and that you are satisfied with
the transaction.
Q: Why
are you selling chipped/stained Stangl Pottery items?
A:
The last Stangl pieces rolled out of the factory in 1978 and were generally
"everyday" pieces rather than china set aside for special occasions, so it's not
surprising that some of the surviving pieces show some wear. In addition to our
first-quality pieces, we make these more well-worn items available to folks who
don't mind the added "character" or those who desire a piece/pattern that simply
isn't available in better condition. Flaws are clearly disclosed in
item listings.
